PropBrella Privacy Policy

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, phone number, and email address.

Listing information: If you list a property, we collect the property details you provide (address, price, description, amenities), the photos you upload, and your role (owner, landlord, property manager, or authorized agent).

Communications: If you contact a lister through PropBrella, we collect the message content, your name, and your contact information (phone/WhatsApp/email) so the lister can respond to you.

Property management data:If you use PropBrella's property management features as a landlord or HOA/strata manager, we collect information related to rent payments, HOA fee collection, expenses, and maintenance records for the properties/communities you manage.

Security and spam prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile): PropBrella uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused tool that helps us verify that visitors submitting forms (like listings or messages) are real people, not automated bots. Turnstile runs invisibly in the background and may process limited technical data — such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and device signals — to make this determination. We use the information above to:

• Operate the listings marketplace (matching interested buyers/renters with listers)
• Facilitate communication between listers and interested parties
• Operate property management features (rent collection, HOA dues, expense tracking) for landlords and property/HOA managers who use them
• Prevent spam and abuse on our forms (via Cloudflare Turnstile)
• Improve and maintain the PropBrella platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• With other users:If you inquire about a listing, your name and contact information are shared with that listing's owner/manager so they can respond to you. If you list a property, your name, role, and the contact method you choose are shown publicly on your listing.
• With service providers: We use Cloudflare (for spam/bot protection) and Supabase (for data storage and hosting). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at privacyInfo@propbrella.com. We will respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
